Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
Each item is made specifically for you, often including custom embroidery such as names, initials, or monograms. Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- We do not offer refunds for any personalized or made-to-order items
Please review all order details carefully before placing your order, including:
- Spelling of names or initials
- Thread colors and design selections
- Garment size and style
Order Accuracy
The Stitchery at Ella Park is not responsible for:
- Errors submitted by the customer (including typos or incorrect personalization details)
- Incorrect sizing choices

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged, or
- With an error made on our end
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion
Cancellations
